Ok lets gets started

Open a new canvas 700 by 700.

Copy and paste the frame with paint splatter.

Add a tube of choice - delete excess and add Xero Radiance on default - add a dropshadow.

Add a paper of choice to the frame - invert and delete - select none.

Select the background paper and place a copy of your tube into the frame - invert - delete and select none. Add Xero Radiance on default to the tube and change blend mode to harlight and lower opacity to 60%

Add elements of choice to the frame.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Wrought Iron 2 - Resize by 50% and place to the right - drag layer under the top rectangle - duplicate and mirror - merge together and add a dropshadow.

Cat 2 - Resize by 50% and place in the bottom left corner.

Pumpkins - Resize by 50% and place in the bottom right corner.

Spilled Beads 2 - Resize by 50% and place in the top corner - drag layer to the bottom - duplicate - mirror - merge together.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Duplicate tube layer and on this layer add Guassian Blur set on 3 and change blend mode to Softlight.

Add a dropshodow original.

Fill in all your shapes with papers from your kit by selecting the shape - float - defloat - place paper over the shape - invert - delete - select none and delete original layer.

Then add glittered edges to all your shapes by after doing the above steps select the shape again - float - defloat - modify - contract by 2 - invert - add 100% noise and select none. Add Dropshadow.

Elements

Ground 3 - Resize and place into the middle circle - delete excess and add a dropshadow.

Kooky Grass - Place at the bottom of your tag.

Lantern - Place in the bottom left corner over the kooky grass - duplicate - mirror and add 50% noise into the eyes and mouth of both lanterns - add a dropshadow.

Label - Resize by 50% and rotate by 15 to the right and place in top right corner.

Bat - Resize by 50% and place in the top left corner.

Beadspill - Copy and paste onto your tag and place to the left over the angeled rectangle - duplicate and mirror - merge these layers together and drag until just above the rectangles.

Spooky Tree - Resize by 50% and place to the right - drag under pumpkin lantern.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Take a haunted house image of choice and add it to the middle circle - invert - delete - select none and change blend mode to hardlight and lower opacity to 60%.

Elements

Tree - Resize by 50% and place in the bottom left corner.

Cauldron - Resize by 50% twice and place at the bottom of the tree.

Flower - Resize and place next to cauldron - duplicate and place on the other side.

Lantern - Resize by 50% twice and place in between the two flowers.

Bat - Resize by 50% and place in the top left corner.

Ribbon - Resize by 50% and place over top circle.

Select gradient layer and float - defloat - click on the tube layer - invert and delete - select none and change blend mode to Luminace (L) and then add Blinds set on 4,10 black.

Skulls - Resize by 50% and place on your tag.

Lolliepops - take three colours and resize by50% - then rotate two by 20% left and right. Add a gradient glow to the merged lolliepops and add 100% noise to the gradient glow. Duplicate and mirror.

Button - Resize by 50% twice and place over the sticks of the lolliepops. Duplicate and mirror.

Flowers - Resize by 50% twice and arrange on your tag.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Black frame - place over the left side of the large square at the bottom - duplicate - mirror and delete the excess that overhangs - merge together.

Wordart - "sexy" and "girls" resize by 50% and place on either side of the bottom frame.

Censor ribbon - resize by 90% twice and drag below your tube - place over the two single squares.

Pink Flower - resize by 50% and place under the left side of the single squares - duplicate and resize by 80% - place just to the right of the original flower - merge together - duplicate and mirror.

Peepshow Sign - Resize by 50% twice and rotate left by 5 and place where mine is - drag below your tube.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Place your tube onto the frame and place to the left - duplicate and on this layer add guassian blur set on 3 - change the blend mode to softlight - then add a dropshadow to the original - colourise the underwear.

Then add a paper into the frame - invert and delete.

Add a tube into the right square of the frame - invert and delete excess - then add Xero-Radiance on default - change blend mode to hardlight and lower the opacity to 40% - duplicate and mirror.

Tag Back 1 - Resize by 80% and rotate right by 10 - place to the right and drag to the bottom of all your layers.

Scattered Flowers - copy and paste onto your tag - place at the top and delete the flowers you dont want.

Add a ric rac to the botton of your frame - duplicate and rotate one by 10 - merge together.

Then open the string element and duplicate - on the bottom layer colourise to match your tag - then on the top layer change the blend mode to screen - merge together and copy - paste onto your tag - place at the bottom and place the flower section over the end of the ric racs.

Button - resize and place over the bow on the frame.

Leaves - resize by 50% and place at the bottom right of the frame - duplicate and mirror - merge together and drag to the bottom - colourise - select all - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100% noise

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Arrange some Hearts from your kit over the heart thats in the bottom corner and when your happy delete the original heart.

Circle Frame *pink* - place on your tag and then drag the layer down until its just ontop of the middle circle.

Ribbon 2 - Take two different coloured ones and place them on your tag - resize by 50% and place one on the left top of the middle rectangle - then place the other on the other side - drag under your tube.

Flowers 1 - Resize by 50% and place over the left side of the thin rectangle - duplicate and mirror - merge together and sharpen. Add a dropshadow.

Ok lets gets started
Open Temp

Copy and paste your tube onto your temp and place in the middle - add dropshadow.

Add papers to all your shapes in your temp.

Then on your two smaller squares on the left and right add a close up tube of choice and delete excess. Add Xero- Radiance on default and change the blend mode to hardlight and lowe opacity to 50%.

Select inside of the film and add your close up tube again into the film - delete excess and again add Xero-Radiance on default changing the blend mode to hardlight and add blinds 3,10,black.

Elements

Studs - use your selection tool and select the stud on the left - copy and paste onto your - resize by 50% and place at the top of the small left square - duplicate - mirror - merge together - duplicate - flip - merge together and add a dropshadow.

Chain - Resize by 50% and place to the left under the stud - duplicate - mirror - then take chain 2 and resize by 50% - place in between the two other chains and merge all the chains together - drag under the tube.

Skull Charm - Resize by 50% twice and place over where the 2 chains meet on the right - duplicate - mirror - merge together - sharpen and add dropshadow.

Wire - Place onto tag and drag layer til ontop of the bottom squares - duplicate - mirror - flip - merge together and add 50% noise - add dropshadow.

Barbedwire - resize by 80% - place along the bottom of the film.

Ribbon 5 - resize by 50% and place over the top of the barbedwire on the left - duplicate - mirror.

Ribbon 4 - resize by 50% - place to the right on the thin rectangle - duplicate - flip and place on the otherside.

Roses - Resize by 50% - place to the left on the film - duplicate - mirror

Bow3 - resize by 50% twice and place over the stem of the roses on the left - duplicate - mirror.

Glitter 2 - copy and paste onto your tag - place at the top right corner - duplicate - mirror - flip - merge together - and drag to ther bottom .

Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Open Temp - Change canvas size to 700 by 700

Delete Circles and Stars.

Copy paste your tube and place in the middle - duplicate and colourise to match the colours of your kit - change blend mode to soft light. Back on the original colourise to hue - 0 and sat - 0 and add a dropshadow.

Add papers to the shapes in your temp - do this by selecting the shape - float - defloat - copy - paste a paper - invert - delete - select none - delete original.

On raster 2 add Mura's Cloud effect with colours from your kit.

Elements

49- resize by 80% and place where mine is - drag layer under the tube.

13 - resize by 50% - place on the left over the curtains.

46- resize by 50% - rotate by 20% left and place over the top of the chain to element 13.

32 - resize by 50% - rotate 10% right nd place in the right bottom corner.

10 - resize by 50% twice and Guassian Blur by 1 - add dropshadow - drag the moon under the curtain in the top right corner.

20 - resize by 50% and place in the cloud rectangle - duplicate and mirror - delete excess.

18 - Resize by 50% and then 80% - place over the cloud rectangle on the left - duplicate - mirror - merge together and delete excess - drag this layer under the curtains.

54 - resize 80% and plave over the bottom of your tube.

52 - resize by 50% twice - sharpen and place on the bottom left corner.

41 - Resize by 50% twince and place under the mask on the right.

38 - Resize by 50% - place under cat.

34 - Resize by 50% and place where mine is.

Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Delete all the wordart, hearts and the dotted thin line.

Copy and paste tube of choice and add Xero - Radiance with these settings 226,36,93,235 and delete excess. Add a dropshadow.

Add papers to all your shapes in the temp and then add glittered edges to the two squares at the bottom of the layers. Glittered Egdes - select the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100% noise - select none - add a dropshadow.

In the two small circles after youve added your paper of choice add a tube - invert - delete - duplicate - mirror to the other circle - merge together - change blend mode to Luminance (L) and lower the opacity to 40 - then add blinds 3,10,black.

Elements

Circle Frame - copy and paste onto your tag - place over the middle circle and drag below the two small circles.

Double frame - copy and paste onto your tag - mirror and plave over the top right rectangle - duplicate - mirror - flip - merge together and drag under all the circles.

Censor ribbon - Resize by 90% - place over the thin rectangle and delete excess.

Flower - Cope and paste onto your tag and place under the small left circle - duplicate - mirror. Add dropshadow.

Tickets - Rotate by 90% right - resize by 50% and place to the right under the thin rectangle - then take another and do the same as above and then rotate another 10% right and place next to the other ticket.

Add wordart of choice.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Copy and paste clopse up tube onto your tag - add a dropshadow - delete excess at the bottom

Frame 2 - Copy and paste onto your tag - resize by 80% twice and place over the left circle - duplicate - mirror and merge together - add a paper and tube into the frames - invert - delete and change blend mode to the tubes to Hardlight. Drag the frame paper and tube under the middle top rextangle.

Add papers to the shapes on you temp.

Elements

Wire - copy and paste onto your tage and place at the bottom and then take the ribbon and place over the top of the wire - use the eraser tool to delete the bits you dont want so it looks like its weaving thro the wire.

Staple - resize by 50% twice and rotate 90% left - place over the wire and ribbon the the end - duplicate - and place that one at the other end.

Ribbon 2 - Resize by 50% and place at the right top corner - duplicate - mirror

Screw - resize by 50% twice and place over the bow in the ribbon - duplicate - morror.

Stars - copy and paste onto your tag and place in the top right corner - use your magic wand and select some of the stars - add 50% noise - select none and add a dropshadow.

Add papers to remaining shapes of your temp.

Filmstrip - Copy and paste onto your tag - mirror and resize by 80% and rotate 10% right - place to the right - select all - float - defloat - copy and paste a paper - invert - delete - invert again - add 100% noise - select none and add a dropshadow. Select inside the frame - app a paper and close up tube - invert - delete - select none. Change blend mode to Luminance (L) on the tube and lower opacity to 70.

Stars - copy and paste onto your tag - place over the small rectangle - add dropshadow

Swirl Bling - Resize by 80% - sharpen and place over the stars - duplicate - mirror and merge together - drag layer under the big square.

Heartstring - resize by 60% and place where mine is.

Clip - Roatate by 100% right and then resize by 50% - sharpen and place on the filmstrip.

Open temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700

Delete Large Skull.

Copy and paste your tube onto your tag - Add Xero - Radiance 93,108,47,131 and add a dropshadow - delete excess and the bottom.

Select the angled square - add a gradiant from 2 colours off your tube - add 50% noise and a dropshadow.

On the top square select all - float - defloat - add a paper and close up tube of choice to the square - invert - delete on both layers - select none - change blend mode to Luminace (L) on the tube and turn down the opacity to 60%

Colourise the dotted boarder.

Add papers to the remaining shapes in your temp.

Select middle rectangle - once youve added your paper - add a copy of your close up tube to the left of the shape - invert - delete - duplicate - mirror - merge together - add Xero-Radiance on default and change blend mode to Hardlight and loew the opacity to 60% . Lastly add blinds 3,10,black to the tubes.

Colourise the borders to all the rectangles and the wording.

Elements

Fence - Resize by 80% and drag layer to the bottom.

Frame 2 - Copy and paste onto your tag and drag layer to the bottom underneath the fence - select all - float - defloat - contract by 4 - invert - add 100% noise - select none - add a dropshadow.

Bow and Bottle Cap - Resize bow by 50% and place at the top left - then take the bottle top resize by 50% twice and 80% once - place over the bow - sharpen - add dropshadow to both.

Skull 2 - Resize by 50% and place in bottom right rectangle.

Ribbon - Resize by 80% twice and plave at the top corner of the middle rectangle - duplicate - mirror - flip.

Add papers to all your shapes of the temp by selecting the shape - float - defloat - copy - paste paper - invert - delete - invert again - modify - contract by 4 - invert - add 100% noise - select none - add a dropshadow.

Do that to all your shapes.

Elements

Stitches Pink - Copy and paste onto your tag and place of the bottom of the wording.

Frame 2 - Resize by 80% - flip then rotate 10% left, place where mine is draging the layer under the rectangles the word art sits on. Select the frame - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 or 4 - invert - add 200% noise - select none - colourise the frame to match your tag and add a dropshadow.

Then select the inside of the frame - modify - expand by 5 - add a paper from your kit and a close up tube - invert - delete excess paper and tube - select none. Change the blend mode to your tube to hardlight - add a dropshadow.

Blue Ribbon - Resize by 50% and place at the top of the frame.

Circle frame - Resize by 50% and arrange at the top corner - merge together - duplicate - mirror - flip - then drag the layers to the bottom. Add dropshadow.

Flowers - Resize by 50% - place where mine is.

Select left small square - float - defloat - add new raster layer - then floodfill with a gradiant made from two colours off you tube - add a copy of you tube to the square - invert - delete and select none. Add Xero-Radiance default to the tube and change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and lower the opacity to 70%. Then add blinds 3,10,black to the gradiant background.

Repeat to the otherside.

Add papers to all your remaining shapes and glittered edges.

Glittered Edges - Select the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert and add 50% noise - select none.

Elements

Chrome Stars - Copy and paste onto your tag - place at the top left corner where mine is - then drag the layer to the bottom - duplicate - flip mirror.

Crown with Wings - Resize by 50% and rotate 5% to the left - Colourise to match your tag and place towards the bottom right- Add a tube in the frame and colourise to match the frame.

Purple VIP Pass - Resize by 50% and then 80% - Sharpen - add a dropshadow and place to the left on the egde of the small square.

Guitar Pick 2 - Resize by 40% - rotate 25% left - sharpen and place over the strap of the VIP Pass.

Skull Wings - Resize by 50% twice and add 50% noise - add a dropshadow and place to the right on the corner of the small square.

Music Notes - resize by 80% and place in the top rectangle and then drag the layer until just ontop of the rectangle. Add dropshadow.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Open new canvas 700 by 700

Copy and paste frame 3 - Resize by 80%

Then copy and paste your tube onto the frame and place to the middle. Duplicate and add Guassian Blur set on 3 - change blend mode to softlight. Add a dropshadow to the original.

Select the left three squares on the frame - modify - ezpand by 5 - copy and paste a paper from your kit - invery - delete. Duplicate and mirror to the other side. Do the same to the middle three squares but with a different paper.

Select ribbon 4 - Copy paste onto your tag - select all - float - defloat - modify - contracy by 5 - invert - add 100% noise - select none. Then delete the overhang on either side.

Select the middle squares on the left and right of the frame - add other tubes - invert - delete. Repeat to the top corner squares aswell. Then merge all the tubes in the squares together and add Xero - Radiance on default and change the blend mode to luminance (L) and lower the opacity to 50%.

Lolliepop - Resize by 50% twice and place at the bottom left where the end of the ribbon meets the frame - duplicate - mirror.

Cherries - Resize by 50% twice and place in the top left corner.

Bow 1 - Resize by 50% twice and rotate by 15% right. Sharpen and place over the stem of the cherries.

Flower 1 - Resize by 50% twice - place over the bottom of the right lolliepope - duplicate - mirror.

Doodle 3 - Rotate by 90% left and place to the left so it runs down the side of the frame - drag layer to the bottom - duplicate - mirror and merge together - then add 50% noise.

Open Temp - Change canvas size to 700 by 700

Delete Wordart, Dotted lines 1&2 and the Dotted rectangle.

Copy and paste your tube - delete excess - duplicate and on that layer add Guassian Blur set on 3 and then change the blend mode to softlight. Then add a dropshadow to the original layer.

Fill all the shapes with papers and colours of choice. Then add glittered edges to the shapes you want.

Glittered Edges- Select the papered shape - modify - contract by 3 or 4 - invert - add 50 - 100% noise - select none and add a dropshadow.

Elements

Frame 1 - Resize by 50% and then 80% then place over the left small square - duplicate and mirror - merge together - add a dropshadow.

Select inside the left frame - place a copy of your tube inside the frame - invert - delete. Add blinds set on 3,10 black to the tube.

Merge the frame and the tube together and duplicate - mirror.

Pinned Ribbon - place ontop of the thin rectangle towards the bottom of the tag and delete the overhang on either sides. Then drag that layer down until its just above the thin rectangle.. You may need to use your eraser tool to delete some of the dangles that show under your tube.

Gemstone Border 1 - Drag that layer to the bottom and place where mine is. Duplicate - Flip.

Add bows of choice to either sides of the small rectangle

Heart Charm - Resize by 50% twice and place to the right at the top of the small square - Then take a diamond from the gemstone border and place in the middle of the bow attached to the charm.

Button 1 - Resize by 50% twice and place over the bottom right bow - Duplicate - Mirror.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Copy paste your tube onto your tag and add a dropshadow.

Select the blue large rectangle - float - defloat and copy - paste a paper from your kit - invert - delete - while inverted copy and paste a closeup tube from the same artist - place to the left - delete excess - select none - duplicate tube - mirror - merge together and add Xero-Radiance on default to your close up tube layer. Add blinds 2,20,black.

select large black rectangle - copy - paste a paper of choice -invert-delete-invert-modify-contract by 3-invert-add 100% noise - select none and delete original shape.

Repeat the above step to the remaining shapes in your template.

Elements

Element 21 - Resize by 50% - place to the left on the top of the top rectangle - duplicate - mirror - merge together and add a dropshadow.

Element 1- Copy and paste onto your tag - drag layer to the bottom - duplicate - mirror - merge together and add a dropshadow.

Element 50 - Place to the right bottom corner - duplicate - mirror - use eraser tool to delete the etra bits you dont want on either side.

Element 13 - Resize by 50% place to the right under the ribbon/bow - duplicate and mirror.

Element 45 - Resize by 50% and place behind the main tube like mine - duplicate and mirror.

Element 9 - Resize by 80% and place at the bottom of the top rectangle.

Element 6 - Resize by 50% and place to the right ontop of the end of element 9 - duplicate - mirror - merge together - shapen once.

Element 40 - Resize by 50% place in the right side of the top rectangle - duplicate - mirror - merge together - colourise to make your tag - drag layer until its just above the rectangle.

Element 4 - Resize by 50% twice and place to the right - drag layer under the ribbon and place where mine is - duplicate and mirror - merge together - then add Xero-Radiance on default. Add dropshadow.

Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Open Temp - Delete Wordart

Copy and paste your tube - place towards the bottom - duplicate and on this layer add Guassian Blur set on 3 - change the blend mode to soft light - add a dropshadow to the original layer.

Click on the black oval - select all - copy - paste a paper of choice - invert - delete - while inverted copy and paste a close up tube and delete excess- select none. Add Xero-Radiance 42,88,12,170 to the close up and lower the opacitly to 50%. Then add blinds 3,10 black to the paper under the close up.

Add papers to the remaining shapes.

On the tall rectangle on the right add some wording and delete excess and then change the blend mode to overlay.

Elements

Frame 1 - Resize by 50% - drag that layer under all the layers and place to the right so the tags showing.

Speech bubble 1 - Resize by 50% - mirror and rotate by 20% to the right. Move above the vlose up tube and add wording. Then add a dark gradiant glow to make the wording pop.

Gel Flowers - Copy and paste and move to the left bottom corner - move one lower then the other - dropshadow both and merge together. Erase excess at the bottom and then place one of the flower buttons that you resize by 50% over the top of the bottom part of the gel flowers.

Gel Heart - Resize by 50% Add dropshadow and move to the right bottom corner - then drag thats layer just under the main tube.

Doodle Stars - Place onto your tag and move to the top left corner - drag to the bottom - duplicate and flip.

Paperclip - Resize by 50% - rotate 20% right place place where mine is. Then delete the bits you dont want so it looks like a real paperclip.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Then add papers to the three oval shapes adding glittered edges to the top two. Then on the very top one i added Xero-Radiance on default to the paper.

Glittered edges - Select the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100 % noise - select none - add dropshadow and delete original layer.

Select the Large Square - Add a paper - invert - delete - invert - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 50% noise - invert - copy and paste a close up tube from the same artist - invert - delete - select none. Then add Xero-Radiance on default - change blend mode to Luminance and lower the opacity to 80%.

Add papers to the small square and the star adding glittered edges like above. Add dropshadows

Thin Rectangle and wording - Copy and paste paper into the rectangle - invert - delete excess - invert - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 50% noise - select none - add a dropshadow - delete original layer. WORDING - add a dropshadow to the blue part then on the black part select all - float - defloat - copy paste your tube - invert - delete excess - select none and change blend mode to Hard Light and lower opacity to 50%.

Ribbon 2 - Resize by 50% and place over the star on the right - then take the purple bottle top - resize by 50% three times and place that over the middle of the bow. Add dropshadow.

Coloured Stars - Add 50% noise and place towards the bottom right corner - duplicate - mirror - flip - merge together and add Xero-Radiance on default. Add dropshadow and drag that layer to the bottom.

Blue Glitter Splatter- Place in bottom left corner - duplicate - flip - mirror - merge together and drag to the bottom.

Little Skullz - Resize one of the skulls in the kit by 50% three times and place inbetween the two small squares. Take another and resize again by 50% three times and rotate by 10% to the left - plave over the bottom of the wording.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Fill in all your shapes with papers from you kit and add glittered edges to all of you shapes.

Glittered edges - Select the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100 % noise - select none - add dropshadow and delete original layer.

Elements

Element 30 - Resize by 50% and place over the top of the rectangle. - select rectangle - invert -and delete the excess element - select none - duplicate - flip and merge together - change blend mode to multiply and add a dropshadow.

Element 7 - Place in the top thin rectangle - delete excess - duplicate - flip.

Wine glasses and chardonnay bottle - Resize the glass by 50% twice and the bottle by 50% once - sharpen both once - place them all to the right bottom and then rotate the glass by 5% left - duplicate - mirror and place next to eachother.

Rose - Resize by 50% three times and place over the bottom of the bottle - duplicate - mirror and place next to the original.

Open Temp

Copy and paste your tube onto your temp and place in the middle - Duplicate and on that layer add Guassian Blur set at 3.99 and change the blend mode to Soft Light - On the original layer add Xero - Radiance set on 203,25,78,130 and add a dropshadow.

Select the smaller rectangle in the middle - copy and paste a paper from you kit - invert - delete - invert - modify - contract bt 3 - invert - add 50% noise - then while ur inverted copy and paste your tube into the left side of the rectangle - delete excess - select none. Duplicate tube - mirror and merge together. Add Xero - Radiance on default and then change the blend mode to Hard Light and opacity to 75%.

Fill the ramaining borders and shapes with colours and papers from you kit.

Elements

Studs - Select just one of the studs and place it on your tag - resize by 80% twice - place on the left corner of the rectangle - duplicate - mirror and merge together- duplicate again and flip - merge together and add a dropshadow.

Ribbon 4 - copy - paste and place on the small thin rectangle with the wording on it - duplicate and flip - merge together and place that layer under the rectangle.

Screw - Resize by 50% three times and place over the bow part of the ribbon - add dropshadow - duplicate - mirror and merge together. Then place that layer ontop of the thin rectangle.

Fence - Place in the top right corner - duplicate - mirror - flip and merge together - Add 50% noise and a dropshadow - duplicate again and mirror and delete the bits at the bottom that overlap.

Rose 3 - Resize by 50% twice and place to the left - duplicate - mirror and the move that over to the original and then move just a little lower then the other then merge together - duplicate - mirror and place them under the stud layer - add a light dropshadow.

Ribbon - Resize by 50% and place in the left top corner under the stud - duplicate and mirror then merge together adding the same light dropshadow.

Charm - Resize by 50% and colourise to match your tag - place towards the bottom where mine is.

Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Copy and paste your tube onto your temp and add Xero- Radiance 47,47,40,133 and a dropshadow.

Select the top black rectangle - copy and paste a paper from youe kit - invert - delete - select none - delete original layer. Then select the glittered rectangle and copy - paste a paper into the rectangle - invert - delete - select none and add 50% noise and delete the original layer. Add a dropshadow to the glittered rectangle. Repeat for the bottom rectangle aswell.

Fill in all your remaining shapes with papers from your kit adding glittered edges to the top and bottom corner circles - small square frames - small rectangle in the middle and the middle circle.

Glittered edges - Select the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100 % noise - select none - add dropshadow and delete original layer.

Select the small squares background on the left - copy and paste a close up tube of the same artist - invert - delete - select none and add Xero - Radiance on default then change the blend mode to multiply and add blinds set on 3,10,black.

Elements

Drumset - resize by 50% and add xero-radiance on default - add dropshadow and place the drumset into the middle of your tag under your main tube.

Bow '3' - resize by 50% three times and then take the skull charm '3' and resize that but 50% twice. Place the top of the charms chain in the middle of the bow and merge together - then place to the right at the top of the small square - duplicate - mirror.

Doodle '3' - Resize by 50% and place in the top right circle - add 100% noise and move that layer so its just above the circle its sitting on - duplicate - mirror - flip and merge together - add a dropshadow.

Fence - Copy and paste it onto your tag and drag that layer to the very bottom.

Star jems - Resize by 50% and place in the bottom right corner if the rectangle - duplicate - mirror and move that one to the top corner of the top rectangle. Merge together and add 50% noise and a dropshadow.

Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Now fill your shapes with papers from your kit until they are all completely full. Then add glittered egdes by Selecting the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100 % noise - select none.

Then take a close up tube from the same artist and place in the smaller left circle - invert - delete excess - select none and add Xero - Radiance on default then change the blend mode to hard light and then lastly add Blinds 3,10,black. Then duplicate - mirror to the other circle.

Elements

Double staples - Resize by 50% and place over the top of the left circle - duplicate - mirror - flip.

Beads '2' - Copy paste onto your tag and place that layer onder all your other layers and place to the left - duplicate - mirror.

flower Frame '05' - Resize by 60% and place that layer under the cirlces and middle rectangle and position under the left circle - duplicate - mirror - dropshadow.

String Deco - Resize by 60% and add 30% noise - mirror and then place over the left circle under the staples - duplicate - mirror - flip

Heart '2' - Resize by 50% 3 times and add 50% noise - place in the top corner of the rectangle.

Wordart '5' - Resize by 50% - rotate 90% left and add 30% noise then place in the middle rectangle towards the left.

Circle frame '1' - Resize by 50$ twice and then hang off the top left corner of the rectangle - select inside the frame - add a grandiant and a copy of your tube inside - delete excess and change the blend mode to your tube to hard light.

Diamond - copy - paste and place over the bow of the frame.

Teal ribbon - Resize by 50% and rotate 90% to the left - place at the bottom of the rectangle - Then use the Ribbon Flower and resize that by 50% twice and place over the left end of the teal ribbon. Delete the bits of the Teal Ribbon you dont want showing.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

After you add the paper to the 2 thin rectangles in the middle change the blend mode to soft light and delete the original layer.

Elements

Film - Resize by 70% and place in the middle of your temp under you tube. Fill the film squares with a gradiant made from 2 colours youve used in your tag. Then select the end square on the left and copy - paste a tube of choice into the square - invert - delete. Duplicate the tube - mirror - merge together and add Xero - Radiance on default settings - then change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and add blinds 3,10 black to the gradiant background.

Flame - Copy paste onto your tag - rotate 90% to the left and then place to the right so the bottom of the flame lines up with the bottom rectangle - drag that layer under the film - duplicate - mirror - merge together - select all - float - defloat - modify - contact by 3 - invert - add 100% noise - select none and add a dropshadow.

Ribbon '3' - resize by 50% - flip and place on the bottom right corner of the rectangle - duplicate - mirror - merge together - drag the layer under your tube.

Stars '2' - Rotate 90% left and place across the bottom of the rectangle under the ribbon.

Stars - Resize by 50% - place in the middle circle towards the right bottom - duplicate - mirror - flip and merge together - add 50% noise and a dropshadow.

Bow '2' - resize by 50% twice - place on the top corner of the film - duplicate - mirror

Then add a glittered edge to the circle by selecting the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100% noise - select none and add a drop shadow.

Repeat to the other circle.

Fill the shapes of your tag with different papers from your kit until they are all done. Add glittered edges to all your shapes aswell by selecting the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100% noise - select none and add a drop shadow.

Elements

Element '49' - place on your tag and drag the layer under the circles - add dropshadow

Element '72' - Resize by 80% twice and drag the layer to the bottom placeing in the top corner - add 50% noise - duplicate - mirror - flip and line up with the square at the bottom right.

Bows - take the 2 different coloured bows and resize by 50% twice - then place one on the left just above the small circle, then place the other just below the right circle.

Add any extra elements that you want.

I also added wording to mine where the old wording was. Write what ever matches your tag

Copy and paste your tube onto the temp and delete excess at the bottom then add Xero - Porcelain with these settings 50,128,128 and add a dropshadow.

Select the heart shape on ur temp and float - defloat - copy - paste a papers from your kit (i colourised mine) - delete - invert - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100% noise - select none - add dropshadow.

( the the same for the remaining rectangles)

Take a copy of your tube and place to the left she its in the heart and delete excess so it just shows in the heart shape - duplicate - mirror and add blinds 3,10 black to the tubes. Change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and the opacity to 50%.

Now select the bottom circle and copy paste a paper from the kit ur useing - inver - delete - select none and add drop shadow. Delete the smaller circle thats ontop of the large one.

Elements

Take the 'blingcurtain' and place on your canvas - resize by 70% and place so the two corners of the element line up with the top corners of the rectangle - duplicate and merge together (this makes it brighter)

Ribbon '4' - colourise and resize by 50% and place on one of the top corners of the middle rectangle - duplicate - mirror and merge together - move that layer under your tube.

Diamond - resize by 5% - sharpen and place over the bow - duplicate - mirror.

Diamond Star - Resize by 50% - duplicate - mirror and colourise the duplicated layer and then place next to the original - merge together - duplicate - mirror - Add dropshadow

After you add the paper to the 2 thin rectangles in the middle change the blend mode to soft light and delete the original layer.

Elements

Copy and paste one of the skulls from the kit onto your tag - resize by 50% twice and rotate by 10% to the left. Place this skull over the left top corner of the big rectangle. Duplicate - mirror and place that one over the right bottom corner of the big rectangle.

Take wire '3' and resize by 50% and drag that layer to the very bottom.

Take one of the single bows and resize by 50% twice and place on the left bottom corner of the big rectangle - duplicate - mirror and place that on to the right corner of the big rectangle.

Diamond - resize by 10% and sharpen and place ontop of one of the bows - duplicate and place the other on the second bow.

Barbwire - resize by 50% twice - sharpen and place in the middle of the main rectangle.

Glitter splat - take one of the coloured splats and place in on ur tag - move to the top corner - duplicate - mirror - flip. Now take another colour and do the same but on the other side. Drag to the bottom and i deleted bits of the glitter i didnt want mainly in the middle.

Ribbon '3' - Rotate 40% left and resoze by 50% - sharpen and i changed the colour - then place it on the left side of the top half of the circle - add the same diamond as the other bows

Next copy - paste your tube onto ur temp and delete the overhang at the bottom then add Xero- Radiance with these settinga 33,18,32,200 then add a dropshadow of choice.

Select the back oval - select all - float - defloat - copy - paste a paper from ur kit - invert - delete - select none.

On the very bottom oval add 50% noise

Repeat above steps on the circles aswell.

Onto the squares - Select the square on the left - select all - float - defloat - copy and paste another paper from your kit and also copy and paste your tube into the square aswell - invert and delete.

Repeat to the otherside

Merge you tubes in the squares together and change the blend mode to Luminance (L)

Now select the left squares frame and select all - float - defloat - add a paper from ur kit - invert - delete - invert - modify - contract by 2 - invert and add 100% noise - select none. Add dropshadow. Repeat to the right frame aswell.

Now select the middle square - float - defloat - copy and paste a colour or paper - invert - delete. Then for the frame select all - float - defloat - add a paper - invert - delete - select none and add 100% noise. Add dropshadow.

Elements -

Copy and paste the dangle 'jewel' element and resize by 50% and place to the right so it looks like its hanging from the square. Take a bow and resize and place it over the top of the chain in the jewel dangle.

Take the 'screw' and resize by 50% three times and place that over the bow.

Take the ribbon '4' - flip - mirror and resize by 50% - move to the left and place where you want. Then place the same screw from above over this bow aswell.

Now take the roses and resize to all different sizes and arrange at the bottom of the oval.

Lastly take the 'bling' element and place under the flowers and your tube and bring towards the bottom of the tag. See my tag for reference

Ok lets gets started

Open Temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700 ( you might need to resize your shapes by 80% each)

Delete the diamond shape and raster 6 & 8

Copy and paste your tube of choice onto your tag and place in the middle of your tag - Delete the overhang at the bottom on the circle. Add Xero - Radience 70,193,39,162 - Duplicate and on this layer add Guassian blur set on 3 and then change the blend mode to Soft light. Add a dropshadow

Select the big circle and copy and paste a paper from your kit into the shape then invert - delete - invert - modify - contract by 3 - invert again and add 100% noise - Select none and add a dropshadow of choice.

Colourise raster 7 to a colour that goes with ur tube and then add 100% noise and a dropshadow.

Now onto your red circle - Select all - copy and paste your paper of choice - invert - delete - invert again - modify - contact by 3 and then delete on the paper layer and this should leave a red border around the circle. Then add 50% noise to the red circle and add dropshadows to both circles.

Now fill in the remaining shapes with papers from your kits giving the shapes glittered edges like with the first circle you did.

Now onto the elements-

Copy and paste the rainbow and place onto your tag, then line up with the 2 circles on the left and right so the rainbow looks like its comming out of the circles. I duplicated the rainbow to make it brighter but this is completly upto you.

Next take the pink bow and resize by 50% and place over the left circle and then take the diamond from the kit and resize by 15% and place over the bow. Merge these two together and duplicate then mirror.

Now take 3 different coloured lolliepops and place then on your canvas - rotate one 20% left and another one 20% right leaving one straight. Now place next to eachother and line up the sticks and place a bow (resize by 50% twice) over the where the sticks line up. Merge together and rotate 20% to the left and resize by 80% - place to the left - Duplicate and mirror

Add any extra elements you want.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Ok lets gets started

Open Temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700

Take your tube and place it ontop of the 'dont touch' wordart and add a dropshadow.

Useing your closeup tube place it over the two squares in the middle of your temp. Duplicate and on the original select the square on the left and delete excess - then on the duplicated layer delete the excess that overhangs on the right square. Then place the right square and closeup over the left square and closeup.

Now copy and paste a paper from your kit and fill the square on the right - delete excess

Do the same to the left square and then One square at a time select all - modify - contract by 3 - invert and add 50% noise.

Then back on the closeup tubes add Xero-Radiance with default settings and change the blend mode to luminace (legacy) and turn the opacty to 50%. Then add blinds 3,10,black to each of the sections of the closeup tube.

Now take the double frame from the kit and place over the 2 rectangles in the background and then delete those 2 rectangles. Add a paper to the middle of the frame and then add a dropshadow to the frame.

Add 2 different paper to the small circles on the right and add 100% noise to the bottom circle and add a dropshadow.

Select the 'dont touch' wordart - copy n paste a paper from your kit - invert - delete - inver again - modify - contract by 3 - invert - add 100% noise.

Then add 100% noise to the stars on the rectangle.

Onto the rectangle add a paper or papers of choice and delete excess.

Add a colour or paper to the 'what you cant afford' wording and add 50% noise and a gradient glow.

Lastly take the S-Sexy wordare and resize by 80% and place over the black bow of the double frame and useing a diamond of choice place that over the top of the bows where they match up in the middle.

Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of Psp.

Supplies needed:

Tube of choice. I’m using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. You have to purchase a license to use his work at MPT

Ok lets gets started

Open Temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700

Delete the word art, Small circle 3 and 4 and glittered circle 3.

Copy and Paste your tube onto your temp and duplicate. Add xero-radiance with these settings 133,157,36,156 to the original layer and then on the duplicated apply guassian blur by 3.00 abd change the blend mode to soft light. Add a dropshadow

Select the large circle - add paper - invert - delete - invert again - modify - contract by 4 - invert and add 100% noise. Add a dropshadow. Then duplicate and on the original add Toadies - What are you? with the overdose set on 10. Then add 50% noise.

Now fill the remaining shapes with papers from your kit adding Glittered borders like you did the the circle.

Now take frame '9' and copy n paste it onto your tag - mirror and place over the main rectangle on the temp. Add a dropshadow.

Then take the 'bored' wordart and place it in the rectangle towards the bottom and then take your tube and place it ontop on the wordart.

Next take the gel pen doodle heart '1' element and paste it onto your tag and resize by 50% - mirror and place on the right hand side on the corner if the frame.

Useing the ric rac '2' copy and paste onto your tag and place ot the bottom of the papered frame.

Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Bada Bing!

Open Temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700
Delete the word art, bottom stars and small star, Dotted lines, Thin rectang '1', Shape '1', Thin rectangle '2'.

Copy and paste your tube onto your temp and place it in the middle of your tag so the bottom is at the bottom of the long rectange, add Xero-Porcelain with these settings 71,71,128 and then add a dropshadow.

Add papers to all your middle circles and i added glittered edges to two of the circles and you do that by selecting the shape - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3 or 4 - invert and add 100% noise.

Next add papers to the 2 squares and 1 rectangle and add a glittered edge to the top square on the left.

Onto the small circles - Select bottom one - copy and paste a paper of choice - invert - delete. Now select another tube from the same artist and add that to the circle also - delete excess. Add Xero-Radiance to the tube with default settings. Change the blend mode to Luminance (legacy) and opacity to 60% then lastly add blinds with these settings 3,10,black. Now click on the background to the circle and select all - float - defloat - modify - contract by 3.00 - invert and add 100% noise. While its inverted click on the tube thats in the circle and press delete so then you wont have over hang - select none and add a dropshadow. Do the same to the other circle.

Copy and paste the "bada" wordart onto your tag and resize by 50% once - sharpen and add a light dropshadow, place in the top corner. Now useing the "bing" wordare do the same as above but put it at the bottom right. Now take the diamond and resize by 20% and place onto the bow of the words, do this for both "bada" and "bing"

Now take frame '1' and place it onto your tag - rotate to the right by 15.00, place in desired position. Duplicate and move the bottom one underneath your main tube. Back onto the top frame layer delete the bits of the tag you dont need so it looks like the tube is comming out of the frame.

Lastly take the slider with the diamond and resize by 50% and place to the left just ontop of the small circle - duplicate - mirror on move that one so its just under the small circle on the right.

Add your copyright and license number and name.

Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

Ghetto Princess

Supplies needed:

Open Temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700
Delete the word art, small circle "2" and the tone layer.

Copy and paste your tube onto your temp and place to the left and add Xero-Radiance with these settings 11,98,74,215 and then add a dropshadow.

Now copy and paste a closeup tube and place into the small square - delete excess and add Xero - Radiance with default settings. Change the blend mode to Luminace (legacy) and add Blinds set at 3,10 black. Duplicate and add Guassian Blue at 2.00 to the bottom one and change the opacity to 60% on the top layer.

Next change the square border to black and add 50 noise and a dropshadow. Add a paper to the squares background and colourise.

Select large circle '2' and copy and paste a paper from you kit -invert - delete -inver again - modify - contract by 4 - invert and add 100% noise. Colourise to match your tube and add a dropshadow.

*Repeat above step to all the other shapes in you template until add the shapes are full.*

Take element '4' and colourise and resize by 50% - rotate by 20% to the right - Sharpen and place over the square.

Now useing Element '35' copy and paste onto your tag and place ontop of the long rectangle and move over to the right until one of the films squares is showing. move the rectangle aswell. Add a tube of choice into the films square that is showing on the right and delete excess. Change blend mode to Luminance (legacy) and add Penta Jeans with these settings 11,7.

Take the diamond Princess wordart and resize by 50% -colourise - sharpen. Place towards the bottom * look at above tag as reference *

Copy - paste element '38' onto the square with the closeup tube in it and delete excess - Sharpen.

Take the butterfly and colourise - resize by 50% twice and place in desired position.

Take element '37' and place it towards the top left corner - duplicate - flip - mirror, Make sure they r underneath all the other layers.

Add any extra elements you want :)

Add your copyright and license number and name. Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png Finished

Open Temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700

Delete the hearts and the word art.

Take your tube and place into the moddle and delete excess. Now select one of the small circles on the side and copy and paste your tube into the shape invert - delete. Select none and add Xero- Radiance with these settings 128,50,128,255 then change the blend mode to luminace (legacy) and opacity to 70%. Add a paper of choice to the background of the circle and add a dropshadow. Repeat to the other Circle.

Fill the remaining shapes with papers from your kit and add glittered egdes to all of the shapes and you do that by selecting the shape - float - defloat - modify - contracy by 3 or 4 (depending how fat you want your boarder) invert and add 100% noise. Select none and add a dropshadow.

Select element 27 from the kit and resize by 80% twice and rotate by 5.00 to the right. Adjust sharpness and sharpen once. So the same for the other size except rotate to the left and mirror.

Take a diamond of choice and add to the middle of the bows.

Copy and paste element 71 rotate 15.00 to the left - sharpen and add a dropshadow and place underneath all the layers.

With element 37 placeunderneath your main tube and sharpen once.

Take element 24 and copy and paste onto your tag and place underneath all the layers and place toward the top corner - duplicate - mirror - flip.

Lastly choose a word that goes with you tag (i used Fetish) and add it to the thin rectangle. Then i added 70% noise.

Add your copyright and license number and name. Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png Finished

change canvas size to 650 by 650

add your tube of choice - delete excess - add xero radience with these settings 188,174,59,154. Add a dropshadow of choice.

Copy and paste your tube again to the bottom cirle and place to the right and delete excess so its just in the circle. Duplicate - guassion blur 3.00 and change the blend mode to soft light.

Now merge with the original and change blend mode to luminance (legacy) and opacity to 40%.

Now with the black glittered circle - change colour add 100% noise

Then add a colour to the oval shape.
On the left half i added xero - fritillary 6,30,100,76 and on the other half i added pentas jeans 17, 11.

Then add wording (i added "one of a kind") and a thick gradient glow to your cirlce.

Change the colour to your word art to match your tube.

Next i added Xenofex - constellation with these settings 1.95,0,1,0,100,100 to the thick ONE OF A KIND wording.

Add your copyright and license number and name
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png

ok here we go...
Open your template in psp and change the canvas size to 600 by 600 to give you more room to work.

Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas and place into the pink square. Add Xero - Randiance with these settings 247,47,143,203 and delete excess - Add a dropshadow.

Now take the Black curtain element and resize by 80% and cover the pink square. Delete the corners of the pink square and its borders. Add dropshadow to the element.

Now copy and paste a paper into the pink square and invert - delete. Also i deleted the tone layer.

Next copy and paste a paper into the black rectangle and delete excess. Delete original layer. Add a thick gradient glow to your rectangle and then i added 100% noise just to the gradient glow section.

Copy and paste the cornered red bow onto your tag and resize by 80% three times and place on one of the top corners again deleting the point of the corner on the black rectangle. Repeat this for the other side aswell.

Take the glittered splatter and place underneath all the layers so its on the bottom and duplicate - mirror - flip and spread it out until your happy.

Now take the glittered weavy line element and place ontop of the black rectangle so it looks like its hanging.. duplicate and mirror. Make sure u delete the excess off the sides of the rectangle.

Lastly you want to grab the rose with the barb wire around the stem and resize by 50% and place again on the black rectangle but under the velvet curtains. Duplicate and mirror. Merge together and add a dropshadow.

Diamond of choice

ok here we go...
Open your template in psp and change the canvas size to 600 by 600 to give you more room to work.

Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas and place to the left - delete excess. Use Xero - Radiance with these settings 194,87,74,196. Add dropshadow.

Now Copy and paste your tube again into your cirlce and delete excess. Duplicate and add guassian blur set on 3 and change the blend mode to soft light.

Delete line 1 and on line 2 change the blend mode to burn and change the opacity to 100%

Then on the faded rectangle in the square place your tube under the faded rectangle and delete excess so its in the shape of the faded rectangle. Change then blend mode on the faded recangle to Hue (legacy).

Now fill all the shapes with papers from your scrap kit leaving the borders.

I added 100% noise to all the borders and added a light dropshadow.

Then on the second thinnest rectangle just add a dark colour from your tube and add Xenofex-Constillation on these settings 2.00,100,,1,12,100,28

Next i took the lace border and placed it at the bottom of the black rectangle and delete the overhang on the sides.

Now copy and paste a bow of choice from your kit and resize by 50% twice and place to the right - add a small diamond to the middle of the bow where the knot is and merge the bow and diamond together.. then duplicate and mirror to the other side.

Next take the 3 heart element and resize by 50% and place in desired position.

I also added wording to my tag but thats totally upto you :)

ok here we go...
Open your template in psp and change the canvas size to 600 by 600 to give you more room to work.

Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas and place to the right. Delete excess and add dropshadow.

Select the small square on the left and copy - paste your tube again into the square. delete excess and then add Xero- Radience with these settings 143,26,198,132. Duplicate and change the top layer to soft light.

Now fill both the small squares with a colour or paper of choice and add Xenofex-Constillation with these settings 1.98,2,1,4,100,46.

Now select the border of one of the squares and add a paper of choice then add 50% noise and a dropshadow.

Now to the middle rectangles all i did was colour and add 50% noise then added a dropshdow.

Next we move onto the oval shape. Copy and paste a paper of choice and delete excess. Now useing your selection tool (rectangle) select a section in the middle of the oval and add Penta's Jeans filter with the setting of 255,8.

Now select a rectangle section at the top of the oval and add weave on this setting 1,8,1 with a colour that matches your tube. Do this again at the bottom of the oval also.

Now inbetween the jeans and weave effects select a small rectangle between them and add 50% noise.. do this for the bottom aswell.

Now add elements of choice until happy.
