This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of Psp.
Supplies needed:
Tube of choice.
I’m using the artwork of Barbara Jensen. You have to purchase a license to use her work Here
Brrr Kit by Sarah and you can purchase it at PMTWS
Template 347 from Missy and you can find it at her blog Divine Intentionz
Ok lets gets started
Open temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700
Delete Wordart.
Add your tube of choice onto your tag and place where you want it. Delete excess. Add a dropshodow.
Fill in all your shapes with papers from your kit by selecting the shape - float - defloat - place paper over the shape - invert - delete - select none and delete original layer.
Then add glittered edges to all your shapes by after doing the above steps select the shape again - float - defloat - modify - contract by 2 - invert - add 100% noise and select none. Add Dropshadow.
Elements
Snow overlay - Resize by 50% and place in the films, Add a copy of your tube and delete excess on both layers. Change blend mode to the tubes to Luminance (L).
Stitches frame - Resize by 70% and place over the top of the right circle - duplicate and mirror - plave over the top of the bottom left circle.
Sparkle cluster - Resize by 80% and place over the middle circle - drag under the two half circles.
Icicles - Add to the same circles as the stitches frame - delete excess.
Snowflake jem - Resize by 50% and place in the bottom corner over the film - duplicate - mirror - flip.
Trees - Resize by 50% twice and arrange onto your tag.
Bow 1 - Resize by 50% and place where mine is.
Brr wordart - Resize by 50% and then by 80% and place at the bottom middle of your tag.
Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png
