This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of Psp.
Supplies needed:

Tube of choice.
I’m using the artwork of Keith Garvey. You have to purchase a license to use his work at MPT
Garv Girl 2 kit by Tamie and can be purchased at Addictive Pleasures
Ok lets gets started
Open temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700
Delete Large Skull.
Copy and paste your tube onto your tag - Add Xero - Radiance 93,108,47,131 and add a dropshadow - delete excess and the bottom.
Select the angled square - add a gradiant from 2 colours off your tube - add 50% noise and a dropshadow.
On the top square select all - float - defloat - add a paper and close up tube of choice to the square - invert - delete on both layers - select none - change blend mode to Luminace (L) on the tube and turn down the opacity to 60%
Colourise the dotted boarder.
Add papers to the remaining shapes in your temp.
Select middle rectangle - once youve added your paper - add a copy of your close up tube to the left of the shape - invert - delete - duplicate - mirror - merge together - add Xero-Radiance on default and change blend mode to Hardlight and loew the opacity to 60% . Lastly add blinds 3,10,black to the tubes.
Colourise the borders to all the rectangles and the wording.
Elements
Fence - Resize by 80% and drag layer to the bottom.
Frame 2 - Copy and paste onto your tag and drag layer to the bottom underneath the fence - select all - float - defloat - contract by 4 - invert - add 100% noise - select none - add a dropshadow.
Bow and Bottle Cap - Resize bow by 50% and place at the top left - then take the bottle top resize by 50% twice and 80% once - place over the bow - sharpen - add dropshadow to both.
Skull 2 - Resize by 50% and place in bottom right rectangle.
Ribbon - Resize by 80% twice and plave at the top corner of the middle rectangle - duplicate - mirror - flip.
Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png
