This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of Psp.

I’m using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. You have to purchase a license to use his work at MPT

Ok lets gets started
Open temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700
Delete all the hearts.
First off take Frame 1 from your kit and place it over the 3 small squares in the middle of the temp and then delete the 2 small squares and the frames sorounding them - Then colourise the Frame element to match your tag.
Them take your tube and place her in the middle of your tag and add Xero Radiance with these settings 191,29,5,244.
Fill in all your shapes with papers from your kit by selecting the shape - float - defloat - place paper over the shape - invert - delete - select none and delete original layer.
Then add glittered edges to all your shapes by after doing the above steps select the shape again - float - defloat - modify - contract by 4 - invert - add 100% noise and select none. Add Dropshadow.
Elements
Frame 1 - Add tubes and a gradiant to the inside of the frame - then add Xero Radinace on default to the tubes in the frame - change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and lower the opacity to 60% - then add Blinds 3,20 black to the gradiant background.
Tag 2 - resize by 80% twice and place in the left top corner on the frame - add a copy of your tube into the white tag - invert - delete and lower opacity to 50%.
Ribbon 1 - resize by 50% and place in top right corner on the two circles.
Flower 1 - resize by 50% twice and arrange on ribbon 1.
Lolliepops - Resize by 50% and duplicate - rotate one by 10% right and the other by 20% left and arrange at the bottom right of the frame.
Button 2 - resize by 50% twice and place where mine of over the sticks of the lolliepops.
Flower 1 and 3 - Colourise to match your tag - resize by 50% twice and arrange at the bottom of the top circle.
String deco 1 - resize by 50% and place in the middle of the flower arrangement.
Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png
