This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of Psp.

Ok lets gets started
Open temp and change canvas size to 700 by 700
Copy and paste your tube onto your tag and place in the middle - add Xero Radiance 247,127,47,182 and add a dropshadow. Delete the excess at the bottom.
Fill in all your shapes with papers from your kit by selecting the shape - float - defloat - place paper over the shape - invert - delete - select none and delete original layer.
Films
Select the 2 single film squares and add a paper - invert - delete - select none and delete original layer. Then select in the middle of those film and add a paper and tube of choice - invert - delete - select none - on the tubes change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and add blinds 3,10 black.
Repeat the above steps to the long film except on the tubes add Xero Radiance on default and change blend mode to Luminance (L) and lower opacity to 90%.
Elements
Eyelet Ribbon - Rotate by 90% left and resize by 80% twice and place over the left end on the long film - duplicate - mirror and merge together. Then use the eraser tool and delete the film inside the eyelets - add d dropshadow to the eyelet ribbons.
Flowers - Resize by 50% and arrange at the bottom of your tube - add a dropshadow.
Crem Bow - Resize by 50% twice and place to the right of the flowers - duplicate - mirror - merge together and add a dropshadow.
Blue Button - resize by 50% and place to the left where mine is - duplicate - mirror.
Black Bow - resize by 50% twice and place over the left button - duplicate and mirror
Add a diamond of choice.
Add your copyright and license number and name.
Then to save with a transperent background you just hide the white background - merge visable - delete the white background - then save as .png
